• Yatio is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

Tracking Your Order: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your Yatio account.

Lost or Damaged in Transit:

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact support@yatio.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Yatio is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional re-shipping fees may apply.
