Return Policy

Effective for shipments from Hong Kong to worldwide destinations

At Yatio, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return eligible items in accordance with this policy.

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.

• Certain items are non-returnable: perishable goods, personalized items, intimate apparel, gift cards, and downloadable software.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Log in to your Yatio account and go to “My Orders”.

2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide the reason.

3. Our customer support team will review your request within 2 business days.

4. If approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs:

• For defective or incorrect items received, Yatio will cover the return shipping cost.

• For buyer’s remorse or change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
