Refund Policy
Refund Conditions
Yatio aims to ensure a fair and transparent refund process. Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:
Full Refund:

The item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.

The wrong item was shipped.

The order was cancelled before shipment.
Partial Refund:

The item shows signs of use but is still acceptable (at Yatio’s discretion).

The return is initiated beyond the 30-day window but within 45 days.
Non-Refundable Situations:

Change of mind after the item has been shipped (original shipping fees are non-refundable).

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address.
Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).

Processing time: Within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the stated period, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, email us at support@yatio.com.
