Refund Conditions

Yatio aims to ensure a fair and transparent refund process. Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

Full Refund:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.

  • The wrong item was shipped.

  • The order was cancelled before shipment.

Partial Refund:

  • The item shows signs of use but is still acceptable (at Yatio’s discretion).

  • The return is initiated beyond the 30-day window but within 45 days.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Change of mind after the item has been shipped (original shipping fees are non-refundable).

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

  • Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).

  • Processing time: Within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the stated period, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, email us at support@yatio.com.
